Easy Property Listings 3.0.2 Is Out!

We are very proud to announce that Easy Property Listings 3.0 is out and ready for you to use on your real estate website. We took great care with this major feature release with extensive beta testing to ensure that updating to the new version would just work. Thankfully it did!

Post release we did encounter a few minor issues that we have corrected and released bug fix updates in version 3.0.1 and 3.0.2. I’m really proud of the team and the community of testers helping make this possible.

Thank you.

It’s a release that adds a whole lot more to an already feature packed WordPress plugin. Our goal is to help you list more listings, make sales and increase your property management portfolio.

To facilitate our focus on lead generation we have added to major features to help you do this.

Easy Property Listings v3.0 Beta 4 Released

Easy Property Listings v3.0 Beta 4 is now available via the downloads page.

This is a major feature release that introduces new features and enhancements to Easy Property Listings, the Easy Property Listings API and the Easy Property Listings Add-On Framework.

This release has been a huge undertaking by the team here at Easy Property Listings and we are really excited that we are on the edge of releasing the new version to the WordPress and real estate communities. The plugin has grown by 30% with new code and we have ensured that everything is optimised and even with the new features we have improved the plugin performance through code optimisations.

This release also sets the stage for future add-ons currently in development that will be released in the near future.

Easy Property Listings 3.0: Contacts and Reports Coming Soon To You

We are so excited to finally share our plans with you and what we have been working on for the past few months and what you are going to get and be able to do with Easy Property Listings 3.0 on your WordPress website.

Import listings into Easy Property Listings with WP All Import is Finally ready for official release!

This has been a seriously challenging piece of software to develop which required changes made to WP All Import which the team ad Soflyy made for us which make this plugin possible.

Finally, we are deploying this to several websites today, many people have been waiting for this and sorry for the delay but software is truly a pain in the bum at times especially with complex functions like this has.

Easy Property Listings 2.3.1 Maintenance Release

After a great break away from our desks we have returned refreshed and ready for the next phase of development of the best real estate plugin for WordPress. Well we think its the best 🙂

This release has corrected the commercial pricing search issue and we have also added category searching to the commercial, rental, rural, land, business and commercial_land post types. Included in this maintenance release is a new hidden image mod time field that will help optimise image importing with our importing extension for WP All Import Pro that we are working on. We also corrected the custom POA label issue that were pointed out to us in this release.

Your feedback is critical to the growth and improvements to Easy Property Listings, we love the feedback and value your input so please let us know your issues by opening a support ticket.

Advanced Maps Extension v2.1 Released

We are pleased to announce the official release of the Advanced Mapping v2.1 extension for real estate and listing websites using Easy Property Listings.

There have been a number of enhancements and improvements to this Map extension. This release allows you to further link your data and even display a single dynamic map showing all your post types. This give your users easy access to what you do.

Easy Property Listings 2.3 Official Release

Three new API’s have been added which will make it easier to add custom post types, custom fields and forms

This release is focused on making it easier to add custom post types, custom meta fields and forms in preparation for the Contact Management System (CRM). These structural changes will allow us to create even more real estate plugins and tools moving forward and gives you the possibility to create your own custom functions and features.

These changes lay the groundwork for the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) that will give you better lead generation and capture tools.

FeedSync 2.1 Released Whats New and How To Upgrade

FeedSync 2.1 has just been released and has a bunch of new features for you to easily import REAXML files into your WordPress website or custom application. The new features allow you to easily export listing agents, filter by office/agent ID, street, suburb, state, postcode and country. We have made a number of improvements throughout the application for better lat/long coordinates creation and more.

Easy Property Listings 2.2.4 Maintenance Release

This release addresses several issues with the re-mastered search functions and we have made improvements to the pricing of Commercial, Commercial Land and Business listings.

Full Change Log

Tweak: Improvements to Commercial/Commercial Land/Business pricing when set to Lease type to display free form price text.
Tweak: Bar graph in dashboard will no longer cover address if set to low.
Tweak: Added sticker CSS styling for single listing.
Fix: Search Widget/Shortcode display house category value instead of key.
Fix: Search Widget/Shortcode Property ID correctly searches numeric listing ID.
Fix: Search Widget/Shortcode excluded non searchable fields from land, commercial, commercial land and business post types.
