    Hi
    Great WordPress pluggin btw.

On the front page my site I want to be able to list ‘featured’ properties in the body of the main content.
I have this working in the side bar widget, but struggling to see a way of listing on properties that have been ticked as Featured under display options for each property.

Is there a shortcode for this? I might have missed this in the documentation, so any clues would be very helpful.

Currently I only have 2 properties in, and I’m using the basic [listing] shortcode, but have tried others but no luck so far.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks for telling us you like it!

Yes you can use the [listing_category] shortcode to do this.

    eg:

    [listing_category post_type="land" category_key="property_featured" category_value="yes"]

You can filter out any meta field and display a listing however there is no support for offset.

I’ve been using iThemes Builder for so long now and can place a widget bar anywhere in the theme on any page quite easily.

Will consider adding more shortcodes for themes that do not have that functionality. Now that 2.0 is out it is much easier for us to edit and push out new features and changes. Am working on another update to correct a couple minor issues.

    Thanks for posting here
