Boydell various issues.

1. What is order of sold properties?
— Based on import date in XML files.

2.Can we change order of listings by ‘open time’ ie, soonest property that opens goes to top. This is only on ‘open for viewing’ page. http://www.boydell.com.au/opening-for-viewing/

3. http://www.boydell.com.au/properties-for-sale/ Can we change order to property listed date, regardless of changes.
— No sorry

4. Add rentals to search function
— Adjust widget to rental type or enable tab option to let user select Buy/Rent

5. Changes to colours / wording in property listings, can I do this via my developer, or will that be a task you need to do.
— All CSS in your theme

6. House under contract no longer showing, is this due to xml not getting that info? or plugin updates?
— Its working, just tested it

7. When the plugin was updated 2 weeks ago. Lots of things changed the client wasn’t happy with, some above included. Do you think we need to update the plugin regularly? If we do, does functionality change?
— Yes always update, sometimes new features are introduced ie sorting and Grid is currently available see demo

8. Cron job for rentals hasn’t worked for 2 days. Can you please check why? Was this after WP import update? The outcome is a rental property is still on the website which shouldn’t be. (Sydney street), their only rental
— WP All Import requires an entry in the XML file. Otherwise it will not process

Priority is

1. Images not displaying in several properties. Why? They’re in the xml. (this is the agent’s main gripe)
— Tweaked import settings, WP All Import Pro has a new image searching option, i’ve disabled it

2. Sold is now broken, we didn’t touch it. Im removing it from top nav, url is still the same. http://www.boydell.com.au/sold/
— Adjusted the Import to set listings with no images as a draft

3. House under contract no longer showing, is this due to xml not getting that info? or plugin updates?
— It works, and none of the source listings are under offer.

5. Do you think we need to update the plugin regularly? If we do, does functionality change?
— Yes we add new features and abilities, 2.0 was a massive and necessary update. Moving forward the updates are not so structural.
