    Hi Merv,

    Thought I would setup the advance mapping extension but I am having trouble showing the right map and the properties on the map. I have setup http://www.davidclarke.co.uk/map-search/

    I notice there may be an issue with a listings geo coordinates as they seem to need to be refreshed to display correctly.

    Where have I gone wrong please?

    Hi Paul, seems the coordinates are not importing correctly. They should be lat,long your import looks correct but some are importing without a comma. Which is strange.

    Can you let me know what you did for the coordinates

    Hi Merv,

    I had two items wrong:

    I had the property_address_display set wrong and I have now set it to ‘yes’.

    The lat long was correct except I failed to insert a comma in the WP ALL Import field. I now have set to {latitude[1]},{longitude[1]} so when the next import runs, this should sort it out.

    I am also just trying the Market Research extension and think I understand that I just need to create a new import, but I have hit a small problem with layout.

    Is there a way I can select a different side bar or no side bar please as the current default side bar is pushed down the page and would not be the correct side bar anyway?

    Hi Merv,

    I have just noticed the Market Research extension also changes the normal single listing posts if the town name matches. I may use this, but as there is no data at the moment I will deactivate the plugin for now as the feed from jupix seems to be down today, so no way for me to get real data. Also I notice the $ is the currency symbol.

    Is there a way to change the currency symbol please and also switch on and off which types of pages / posts should have the graphs included?

    I was thinking of first creating a separate area for market research a bit like the demo you have setup before including on all properties.

    Thought I let you know about the update to the Market Research extension with the currency symbol fix. Now that Easy Property Listings 2.2 is out we can improve the extensions. More news about those updates soon.
