    Merv,

As I intimated in my last post I pitched the website I have been working on to the Real Estate business it was aimed at today and I am so glad he likes what he sees.

However he mentioned 2 things that he either has now or would like to add to the site.

1: he said he has been thinking about having a front end submission form and I see you have an Add On for that, my question is, can the submissions be moderated or do they automatically post straight to the website ??? He wants the ability to moderate.

2: He mentioned something I hadn’t thought of and when I think about it, I am very surprised it isn’t there already considering your Real Estate background. In his current setup he has the ability to add Vendor Details, not a lot of information, basically their Name and Contact details. This one could be a deal maker or deal breaker.

3: He mentioned that he has the ability to feed every one of his listing off to another site, I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of it, is that at all possible ?? IE: I know you can import listings, but can you export them as well ?? This one may also be a deal maker or deal breaker.

There are a couple of other things that I may be able to get around, but I may need a little guidance to finish off the back end, as he uses a Thai Lady in his office to enter new listings and I will need to make it idiot proof for her, if I can’t convince him to pay me a modest amount monthly to do it for him instead.

I am going to try and convince him to take the Developer Bundle, he did say he was open to paying for value adding Add Ons

    Kindest Regards

    Merv,

The site I said I couldn’t remember the name of that he exports listings to is called Hipflat, looks to be a Thai thing.

Here is the link to the site, Mike is telling me he receives a lot of business from Hipflat so it is important he can export to this site.

    Frontend Submissions extension.
    — Once a user registers on your website they are by default a subscriber.
Moderation step 1: Until the user access is adjusted to either Contributor or Author they cannot submit listings.
    — Easy Property Listings uses the default Roles and Capabilities
    Moderation step 2:
—- Author – somebody who can publish and manage their own posts.
—- Contributor – somebody who can write and manage their own posts but cannot publish them.

    — We are working on this.

    — Could not find an API or how to submit listings to Hiplat
