The support forums on WordPress.org and on our support forum are rather busy. Having reached over 20,000 downloads with support requests increasing dramatically, where some are simple, others are harder and require going back and forth a few times. Some are just plain bugs, but are hard to reproduce. All of them together cost more time than we can spend on it while continuing to improve the plugin and keep it free at the same time.

I’m saying officially now what’s been the case for quite a while already: we are unable to offer support for this advanced real estate plugin for free. It’s easier to just state it like that than to hop in every once in a while and get people’s hopes up when we might not have much time.
