    Rockend will upload the XML property file to our website’s ftp server.
    Will your product be able to read those XML file and import them to our website?

    Hi

    Yes, we have configured FeedSync to process RockEnd Rest REAXML with zip format (they send the XML files and include the images in Zip Format)

    When configuring REST be sure to select the Realestate.com.au format (REAXML) under Export Format (page 2 of the attached files). They offer other formats which FeedSync does not process and only they support it.

    You will also need WP All Import to import the XML files into WordPress

    Yes we do offer setup assistance for FeedSync with Rest. We offer an installation service.
