    Hi Merv,

We recently got you to do some work on integrating Rex software within the WP website that we are creating.

Looks like my team is still struggling with the listings. Is there anything specific they need to do to get this working? Below is their question :

We are unable to add more properties under property listing section. To be honest, we don’t know how to add more properties using rex software. Will the plug-in retrieve all properties automatically using Rex? Is there a username/password for Rex that we need to use? At the moment, the website is only able to show a handful of properties.

Also how are we able to show all sold property in a separate page? Also will the “Inspection Time” automatically call using REX software?

Further, how will the “search property” functionality work? We have have added a Rex oftware search widget in right sidebar but it is not working.

I know there are a lot of questions, but if you could help us that would be great.

    Regards

    Hi Ken

You need to contact REX to supply the REAXML files via FTP to your server into the XML/feedsync/input/ folder.

There are links to how to configure everything here

Basically REX > FTP to your server > FeedSync Processes > WP ALL Import imports.

You need to get REX to supply the files for you. There is no automatic way to get them from REX. This is how it works with every provider.

How to setup REX and your FTP guide is here

Everything is working and is ready for the REAXML files from REX

    Regards
