Videos not appearring

    When I put a video on a listing using mydesktop it does not carry over to my website but does appear on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au

    If I put it directly on to the listing via my website dashboard it does appear but goes again when the next import happens.
    Any ideas?

    Looks like you need to update FeedSync to 1.3 and use the new import script templates 2.0.1 found in Your Account Eric.

    We’ve also introduced some priority support options for you and us to provide assistance. For instance we can log in and perform the upgrade for you under the Yearly Priority Support request.

    Thanks for the reply. I did not know about the updates in my account but now I do can you tell me how to install them please? If possible can you describe the steps simply as I am not too good with the jedi code speak. As always I appreciate your help

    It’s a bit of a challenge to update FeedSync and the scripts. We are working on an easier solution but it will not be released for a few weeks. To make your life a bit easier we can update FeedSync and the import scripts for you under our Yearly Access to priority support here.
