Hello

– Please may I have a refund for the Priority Support Assistance I purchased.

My issues remain open and were not replied to or solved as per the reason for purchasing priority support. The issue was requested to be solved a couple of weeks before expiry of the support which cost $97 and didn’t deliver as marketed by yourselves.

Sorry about not getting back to you on that, we are working on 2.2 and i had a look at the issue and was unable to determine the cause. I never like asking users to deactivate all plugins to see what may be causing the issue as something may be causing that strange behavior of the grid/list error.

Can you deactivate some plugins or replicate the site where we can deactivate some plugins without causing issues to the live site?
