I’m using a Genesis child-theme. I’m having issues with getting the plugin to show up on any page. Other than the House Open, which doesn’t list any items. I have a rental as an active and open status, but is not showing correctly. Also, I would like to change or add one of the listing types to show open house…

What would it cost to do this type of customization?

    Thanks very much

    Hi,

Do you have a site where you have installed the plugin for me to look at and give you some advice?

Thanks for that, however need a couple things for you to do for me to check

Please Enable the property types eg Property from Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Settings

Add two Listings to the Dashboard > Property

Then your list of listings should be visible from

    {your_domain}/property/

Please provide a URL to one of your test listings eg

    {your_URL}/property/{listing_address_url}

Also the open house is the field called Inspection Times under the Display Details section where you edit the listing. YOu can change the default “Open House” label that is displayed on the fron from

Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Display > Labels

The issue is the Genesis Listing plugin is conflicting with Easy Property Listings as they are not compatable with each other and you are missing info because of that.

If you disable Genesis Listings plugin the issues you are experiencing should go away.

Eg in the single listing example you provided is a Features Box with empty info, that is not from our plugin. The other plugin uses filters which is adding info to Easy Property Listings pages. Also the archive page /property/ should not look like that by default.

It doesn’t appear that you are using the Genesis Listing plugin for property as I see you have an iframed MLS plugin handling that. And have used a page for rentals.

First disable Genesis Listing plugin and see how it looks.

Should have scrolled down a bit more, I see them on the home page. However there are only a few there so it won’t take long to swap over.

I disabled the agentpress listing. I am still seeing the same issue. I’m going to try putting th widget in the correct spot too.

But – it’s still the same..

Thanks for your time. I know you are swamped with others.

    Sincerely,

    Mark

That may help you with your issue. But the first step it to follow the theme setup tutorial here.
