    Hi Team,

    We are using EPL for one of client website [http://edisonproperty.com.au/wp/]. Client ask for two custom features, which we couldn’t find in the current version. So please help us with the below options requested.

    1)Sale & Lease option for Property Type Listing [Residential] – Now Listing Type is available for Commercial properties, can we have the same feature for Property type too.

    2)Search facility will need to be updated for each of these options eg.

    Commercial Leasing
    Commercial Sales
    Residential Rentals
    Residential Sales

    So can you please review the requirement and let me know your thoughts. Thanks in advance.

    Hi there,

    Your first request can be handled by enabling the “rental” listing type as that is specifically desinged for rental listings. Go to Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Settings and tick to enable the Rental listing type.

    Yes the search widget needs some additional work for commercial search as that has another pricing requirment with leased commercial listings, but the rental is already working as mentioned above.

    You can use 4 widgets and create a tabbed option to display them. Currently the plugin does not support a tabbed option, however we are working on that for the next version of the plugin. So do what you can for now and it will be available in the coming 1/2 weeks. Will that fit your release schedule?

    Hi,

    We have configured Feedsync plugin with the sample XMLs from http://ask.realestate.com.au/reaxml/sample-files/

    However all the output files are of size 107bytes. They only have the following line:
    <propertyList date=”2014-11-23-13:08:41″ username=”xmluser” password=”xmlpassword”/>

    Seems the rest of the XML is getting ignored. Can you please let me the know the probable reason behind this and solution to fix it?

    Did you place the XML sample files into the input folder?

    Also the RealEstate.com.au sample files contain the same entry 3 times so your listings are probably in the Withdrawn file. I’ll upload some real sample files to test with.

    Try the beta of version 1.2 from your account page.

    This version addresses several server issues.

    Also check to make sure the folders are writable
