What you can do is follow this custom templating guide here.
create a copy of the content-listing-single.php and rename it to my-content-listing-single.php and place into your active theme folder.
The template file is located in wp-content/plugins/easy-property-listings/lib/templates/content/
Then you can edit that template file and remove the author box completely and re-configure other elements.
