Hi Guys and Gals,

We have recently installed the STAFF plugin but cannot seem to get it to provide the details we need. We have set up two agents but only one appears…and even that one is not showing the featured image.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Hi Gordon, sometimes the permalink require refreshing.

Visit Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks and press save.

the page is now visible.

Thanks Merv,

Is the avatar on the end of the displayed staff member because it was logged in when I was the admin? Is this why the staff members need to construct their own pages?

Yes, each agent should be an Author in your wordpress website.

The username for each author should be first-last eg merv-barrett
