Permalink causes 404 Page Error

I am designing a real estate page using the theme Engima,and a local private internet company is hosting the site.None of the listings that I have input are showing up on the menu pages. I have uploaded and changed the php files for single and archive listings. No change on the page error. Now when I change the permalink from post to default,I don’t get the 404 message anymore, but the property and land listings will not show on pages. Any suggestions on the problem could be or is my local server causing the problem? http://www.pittsandmanns.com

Could be your hosting. I’ve setup a demo using the Enigma theme here and looks good.

I’ve also created the template files for the Enigma theme here.
