    I would like to buy some add-ons, such as location profiles, advanced mapping and listing templates however I need to know that I can use them across the sub-domains setup for each city, or do you require us to buy multiple licences ?

    No restrictions on Multisite installations. But if you need 10 separate sites with 10 installations of WordPress grab the developer pack
