    Hi there,

    I submitted this on the support forum through WordPress. I popped over here to send you the credentials, but haven’t heard back. I see you’ve made some updates, but we are still experiencing these problems:
    I am building a site for a client and using your plugin. It is working great, except I can’t figure out how to update some commercial lease rates with dollars and cents, and with options for type of lease. Currently, if, for instance, we would like the rate to be $14.25, we get an error that says “*Numbers only.” Is there a way to alter this field so my client can give rate options that are not whole numbers?

    In addition, the lease rate displays as $14.00 P.A. My client would like to have options for NNN, Full Service and Gross lease rates. Is this possible to add in?

    Hi,

    We may need to adjust the plugin for your usage. You can adjust the drop down using a filter in your theme functions.php file like this.

    Are you able to provide a simple screenshots of where the dropdown needs to be with the options you need. All tweaks are possible and some adjustments to the core plugin are required. They are minor and can be pushed in an update.

    The dropdown would be in the Commercial Leasing Tab. Where it says “Commercial Rent” we A. Need to be able to put in a rate with dollars and cents, but it currently does not allow for anything but numbers (so we can’t put 14.25, only 13, which is inaccurate). B. We need a drop down option or a place to write in that allows us to choose NNN, Full Service and Gross Lease rates. For example, on the listing in the screenshot is $14.25/SF NNN but all we can put in is $14.00 P.A.
