    Hi Merv,

When a user makes a choice between grid and list view on the search results page, the view changes as expected — but then when the user clicks to go to the next page in the results, their choice is not remembered, and it defaults back to grid view.

Is there a way to make this choice stick?

I’ve tried this with both the default WordPress pagination and the “Fancy” pagination, but both seem to have the same effect.

I did notice that the “sort” options are preserved between pages.

We’re using 2.1.10, and the theme is Enfold 3.0.8.

    Thanks in advance,

    Tom

    Hi

Just wondering if anyone else has seen this behaviour? It’s really weird — seems like a bug, but I’d have thought it would be one that other people were seeing too. Basic issue is that if a user chooses list view on search results, then clicks through to the next page of results, their choice is forgotten…

    Hi Merv,

Thanks for the update! Great – I’ll give that a go. Many thanks for the help. It’s looking great – looking forward hopefully to buying the add-on packs for some future bigger projects!
