    Is there a way to duplicate properties or assign a single listing to multiple categories?
    I need the ability to have some properties available for sale and for rent.
    I was hoping I did not have to recreate each listing.
    Please advise.

    Use a plugin to duplicate listings.

    Once the post is duplicated, how would you move it to a different category?

    You can use a post type converter plugin to do that
