Anyone have any experience of using this theme? It has a ‘listings’ element to it, which I have currently disabled to use Easy Property Listings.

Some of the features of the plug in appear to only work with its own listings module- or can I use them with EPL?

Easy Property Listings handles all aspects of listings. Keep the theme listing components disabled for best results
