    Hi,

I started looking for additional xml elements that should be coming from MyDesktop in the XML.

The additional fields are used to identify properties to filter into niche site. I can’t find them.

I just wanted to check if FeedSync leaves any unknown XML fields in or if they’re unknown abandons them?

I went through the FTP processed files but no evidence of said extra field. I know they’re not the original XML fields as they have <feedsyncGeocode> in them.

That said I’m not convinced I’m getting the correct XML from MyDesktop either. I just can’t prove it, yet!

    Cheers

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

FeedSync saves the complete node eg Listing Unlimited to handle additional fields where you can add a sub listing and add additional info to listings and match by property_unique_id. Because that is another custom post type the data could be pulled in with WP All Import pro.

Because of the REAXML specifications the providers do not seem to output additional fields like you are looking for. You are not the only one hence the creation of Listing Unlimited.

However if you can find evidence let me know, but as we are not looking into the XML node FeedSync saves all of it and just appends the extra two fields.

What you could do to be 100% sure is disable the automatic processing and check the source XML files before they are processed to see if elements are missing. But FeedSync doesn’t separate the data inside each
