    Can you please tell me where to go to add property characteristics?

    If you mean features, the best way is to use the Features taxonomy. You can also remove the linking ability of the taxonomy using a filter added to your theme functions.php file.

    There are already the Additional Features which provide a variety of features. But no I don’t have a list…
