Collaborative Customer Support – thanks!
Not being an experienced developer myself (but a conscientious Googler and fast learner), and enlisted to assist establishing a real estate website for a new boutique family agency, I was on the look out for a plugin that would allow us to automate the import of REAXML feeds into our new wordpress site. I jumped in and purchased FeedSync, based on good reviews I had read of Merv and his product, and have been very pleased overall with the level of support I’ve received.
Merv really went above and beyond to adapt FeedSync to work with our US template, all at a really reasonable price, and I can’t thank him enough – a truly collaborative experience (including a long phone call to troubleshoot), but we got there in the end! Thanks again Merv, wishing you every success in your endeavours!
