I think I have sorted it. Re-importing everything now. Crontab attached for you to check.
1) When I initially setup WP All Import I did as an Import, not New. It doesn’t seem to let you go in and tick a delete button that way so you are stuck with imports.
2) I deleted all posts last night, and re-setup wp import as New, with @modTime, and unticked Update records and ticked Delete Records.
3) It now processes a lot faster and no duplicates. Warnings in WP-Import – but i think thats just because its skipping the record.
