    I’m trying to include a nextgen gallery on my listing page and the gallery isn’t loading. I’ve tried several types of galleries and using shortcode. I’ve also changed themes with no luck.

    There you can see the listing and below the text only one picture loads instead of the nextgen gallery loading with all of the pictures. Any help on this is appreciated.

    What you will need to do is disable the automatic output of the gallery from:

    Dashboard > Easy Property Listings > Settings > Listing Single View > Automatically display image gallery?

    Then create your next gen gallery for your listing and insert the next gen gallery shortcode into the content area of your listing when you want it to appear.

    Thanks, I checked and the automatically display image gallery was set to no.

    I’ve tried updating the page with just shortcode and it’s showing the shortcode and not the gallery. I also put the same shortcode on a basic page and it displays the gallery.

    Can you double check your quotes ” on your listing there is a slanted one after the 1,2,3 where the 99 angled quote is an illegal shortcode character. Just tested the nextgen gallery on our test site and the shortcode works correctly. Its best to use the Text view instead of the HTML as the shortcode brackets can often be converted to characters and not the [brackets]

    I’ve tried copying the short code from the page: http://lightboyproperties.com/?page_id=398 to a new property I created here: http://lightboyproperties.com/?rental=test from the text view and still having trouble. I updated the short code to be more simple as well. Still works on the page but not the property listing. Sorry, I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong.
