With the location profiles, is all that info pulled from somewhere for each suburb? Or does the agent have to add and update it themselves?

They add and update it themselves but the info tabs are fully customisable. A listing in Sorrento will automatically display the suburb profile information. Each tab uses the WordPRess content editor and can have pictures + text and shortcodes.

Also better to not copy from elsewhere and always generate fresh content. My suggestion is to start with 3-5 of their core areas then grow it. If they want to have a huge impact this is the way mainly becasue the “listing data, text images” can be on hundreds of portal sites and Google gives them ver low scores becasue of excessive duplicate content.

Have you ever tried creating an email subscription setup based on EPL?

Ideally users could subscribe to receive alerts about new listings, based on suburb, price or features.

I’ve been trying to rack my brain about what third party tools to use (like RSS and Campaign Monitor) to make this work but perhaps you’ve solved it before.
