I understand there was an issue with the previous version of the EPL Brochures extension which requires a manual upgrade. I am struggling to figure out: 1. how to upgrade the brochure extension/plugin, 2. why we will have to pay for the upgrade (since we already purchased Brochures extension prior); 3. how/where to find our license key.
We have the EPL-Listings Brochure 1.0.1 with EPL-Staff Directory 2.2 and Easy Property Listings 2.3 versions active on our WordPress site.
The following directions were provided to help us solve this problem, however; I can’t seem to get past step 1 & 4.
To manually update:
1. Download the new version from your account.
My Question: WHERE? There is nothing to download or to update in our account. Do we need to re-purchase Brochures extension for $47? Will this new/additional extension purchase create a brochure license key?
2. Deactivate the old version in WordPress and Delete. -ok
3. Add the new version of brochures and activate. -ok
4. Enter your key
My Question: WHERE? I have searched our account with WordPress & EPL and clicked the key image on our EPL account info and nothing appears..
I’ve taken several screen shots to help clarify my questions/concerns. They are attached. Please let me know how to move forward with the new Brochures extension and how to find/update my license key. Thank you.
