Three new API’s have been added which will make it easier to add custom post types, custom fields and forms
This release is focused on making it easier to add custom post types, custom meta fields and forms in preparation for the Contact Management System (CRM). These structural changes will allow us to create even more real estate plugins and tools moving forward and gives you the possibility to create your own custom functions and features.
These changes lay the groundwork for the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) that will give you better lead generation and capture tools.
It’s been a hectic few weeks here for us since the release of the five star rated and fastest growing real estate plugin on WordPress.
Along with the release of Easy Property Listings 2.2.4 we have finally completed the Sliders extension which has now been released. We have been working on the Sliders extension for several weeks and its been a hell of a challenge along with the major release of Easy Property Listings 2.2 which happened only 11 days ago and we hit our highest downloads per day at 453, up from our previous peak of 285 on the release of version 2.1 which you can read about here.
We are upgrading our hosting to a Faster, better, super awesome server hosting powered by NetOrigin. This will take place from 6th August 2015 at 8pm AWST. (Australian Western Standard Time)
Just before the migration begins we will disable the support forums and comments until the migration is complete.

For the last month since releasing 2.1.11 we have been hard at work on the next release 2.2 which has significant improvements for theme compatibility which has been a major task to complete. This will enable all themes to work with Easy Property Listings in a much easier way.
The support forums on WordPress.org and on our support forum are rather busy. Having reached over 20,000 downloads with support requests increasing dramatically, where some are simple, others are harder and require going back and forth a few times. Some are just plain bugs, but are hard to reproduce. All of them together cost more time than we can spend on it while continuing to improve the plugin and keep it free at the same time.
