Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as an “active listing”?
An active listing is any property currently on the market on your website at any given moment – typically a “current,” “for sale,” or “for lease” listing. Sold, leased, off-market, and withdrawn listings don’t count toward your limit, no matter how many of them you’ve accumulated. Your active count is based on what’s live right now, not how many listings you’ve processed over time.

Can I use FeedSync with two different CRMs — one for sales and one for rentals?
Yes. FeedSync supports multiple feeds per site, so your sales CRM and your property management CRM can both push listings to the same WordPress website simultaneously. It just works.

What if I want to switch CRMs down the track?
This is one of the biggest advantages of running your website on Easy Property Listings rather than a CRM’s own website system. What happens if a sync fails?
